We offer free delivery across Canada on all orders of $200 or more. For more details on our shipping policies, refer to our Shipping Information

Thank you for your interest in purchasing from Diabetes Depot!  At this time, we only service clients in Canada.  We do not ship to the United States or any other country.

For your convenience we offer the ability to have your regular order sent on a particular day each month. Just phone and set it up once and every month you will be shipped your pre-selected order.

In addition to pump supplies, our website includes a large selection of diabetes care products including flash glucose sensors, blood testing supplies, glucose tablets, pump cases and resources.

Diabetes and Pumping Questions

Our staff includes Certified Pump Trainers, Certified Diabetes Educator Pharmacists, Registered Nurses and Dietitians and diabetes-specialized assistants.  Some of our staff are also fellow pumpers!

Our CDE Pharmacists are diabetes medication specialists, and will identify and solve drug therapy problems, such as drug interactions, side effects, complex care regimens, adherence problems and medication access issues.  Managing diabetes involves special concerns regarding medications and over-the-counter drugs that may affect your diabetes control. Our pharmacists screen for all medication classes, but we are diabetes medication specialists!

We no longer sell Animas cartridges.  Unfortunately, the last of our Animas cartridge supply had a best before date of March 1, 2020.
