With the holiday season quickly approaching, we want to let you know some key dates to ensure that you are prepared and have all the diabetes supplies you need! We encourage everyone to plan ahead as shipping times are often extended during the holidays. Shop early and have a stress-free holiday!
To help you prepare, please make note of these key dates.
Key Holiday Closure Dates
Dec 18th, 2024
Last day to ship out cold chain (e.g. Insulin) orders. Orders must be received before 10am.
Dec 23rd, 2024
Last day to ship out all orders. Orders must be received before 10am.
Dec 24, 2024 – Jan 1, 2025
Diabetes Depot closed. Orders are still accepted online. No Telephone orders.
Jan 2-3, 2025
Open – No cold chain orders will be shipped out. No Telephone orders.
Jan 5, 2025
Regular operation resumes, cold chain orders will be shipped out.
